DINP Oil 99% For Pvc Plasticizer
Description:
It is mainly used for PVC, and at the same time, it is widely used in toy films, wires and cables due to its good water resistance and extraction resistance, low toxicity and excellent electrical insulation properties.
Its application areas are:
Industrial films, tarpaulins, topsheets, floor coverings and wallpapers, batch materials (mainly cable materials), special fibers and artificial leather adhesives, coatings, solvents, packaging films, pipes, profiles, etc.
1. Compared with DOP, the volatilization weight loss is smaller, and the intrinsic viscosity is similar to that of DOP. It will be higher when used alone.
2. DINP is more suitable for plastic processing, shows better viscosity stability, can be dispersed and foamed without any problems, and has a lower melting temperature. As a PVC glue, it has the lowest initial viscosity and little viscosity change.
3. DINP has low volatility and excellent low temperature flexibility, but is slightly inferior to DIDP.
